The "Medalist Exhibition Nagoya Venue" will be held at Nagoya PARCO from July 18 to August 16, 2026, showcasing the first-ever exhibition based on the popular manga "Medalist."
The "Medalist Exhibition Nagoya Venue" will be held at Nagoya PARCO's South Building 9F PARCO HALL from July 18 to August 16, 2026. This exhibition offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of the popular manga "Medalist." Located in the heart of Nagoya's Sakae district, this venue is easily accessible and provides a comfortable indoor environment for visitors.
"Medalist," a critically acclaimed manga by Tsurumai Kagada serialized in "Monthly Afternoon," has garnered numerous awards, including first place in the comic category at the "Next Manga Awards 2022." The story follows the journey of two individuals who aim for the world stage in figure skating: a young girl named Inori, who harbors a strong passion for the sport, and Tsukasa, who becomes her coach. The anime adaptation has also gained significant popularity, with its first season airing from January to March 2025, the second season scheduled to begin in January 2026, and a theatrical film slated for release in 2027.
This exhibition, the first of its kind for "Medalist," features newly drawn illustrations by Tsurumai Kagada, recreations of famous scenes from the manga, and a display of selected anime highlights. Visitors can expect to experience the depth of the "Medalist" narrative and the excitement of figure skating. The Nagoya venue will also include new exhibits related to the second anime season and special merchandise.
