Explore AI's Limits: "What Can't AI Do Yet?" Event at Miraikan
Miraikan in Odaiba hosts a game-based event on June 14, 2026, exploring "What AI Can't Do Yet." Learn about AI and discover its limitations through interactive play.
The National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan) in Odaiba, Tokyo, will host an event titled "Let's Explore with Games! What Can't AI Do Yet?" on Sunday, June 14, 2026.
This event is part of Miraikan's "Everyone's AI Co-creation" project, launched in April 2026. Participants will first learn about AI mechanisms from the project's researchers. Following this, they will engage in "Mind the AI Gap," a game designed for humans and AI to test their intelligence against each other. The game aims to uncover clues about "what AI cannot do yet" by identifying explanations that humans can understand but AI struggles with.
Through this interactive experience, attendees will deepen their understanding of AI's potential and limitations, guided by the project's philosophy of fostering AI collaboratively with diverse individuals. It offers a unique opportunity to contemplate the future of AI.
