PARCO×Date fm “CLUB HOUSE SOUND” vol.19 featuring flumpool Ryuta Yamamura at Sendai PARCO

Sendai PARCO in Chuo, Aoba-ku, Sendai, will host “PARCO×Date fm “CLUB HOUSE SOUND” vol.19,” a collaborative event with Date fm. This public recording event, themed around “people, places, music, and culture,” is a regular collaboration between Date fm, which broadcasts local information and music, and Sendai PARCO, inviting guests from various genres. For its 19th installment, Ryuta Yamamura, the vocalist of the popular rock band flumpool, will be featured as a special guest for a unique talk session.

The event will feature a public recording of a talk session with Ryuta Yamamura and Mizuki Sato, the DJ for Date fm’s program “Sendaian Hot Music.” It will take place at Sendai PARCO2/2F EVENT SPACE, with free admission and an all-standing format. This will be a valuable opportunity for fans to experience the artist’s live voice and charm up close. Doors open at 18:30, and the performance begins at 19:00. The event will be broadcast later on September 4th (Friday) during “Sendaian Hot Music” (around 12:10 PM – 12:25 PM).

Ryuta Yamamura’s band, flumpool, is a four-member rock band that made its major debut in October 2008 with the digital single “Hana ni Nare.” In 2009, they gained attention with the hit single “Hoshi ni Negai o,” expanding their nationwide recognition with their first performance at the Nippon Budokan and an appearance on NHK Kohaku Uta Gassen. After a temporary hiatus, they resumed activities in January 2019 and have continued to be active. They are scheduled to release a new album, “Shape the water,” in March 2025, a Concept EP, “Koko kara no Uta,” in June 2026, and will embark on the “flumpool tour 2026 ‘Koko kara no Uta’” in September of the same year, covering 11 performances across 8 venues nationwide.

While admission to the event is free, entry may be restricted due to venue congestion, so early arrival is recommended. Several precautions must be observed for viewing. Any photography, recording, or video during the artist’s performance, as well as giving gifts, is strictly prohibited. Attendees are responsible for managing their personal belongings. Due to limited viewing space, large bags should be avoided, and overnight queuing, early morning waiting, or reserving spots with items or sitting are forbidden as they may cause inconvenience to other guests. For safety reasons, baggage checks may be conducted, and direct inquiries to the venue are discouraged.
