Please be aware that product pickup is strictly limited to in-store at SHIBUYA TSUTAYA; no shipping services are available. This pre-order campaign is for a limited time and may conclude before the release date, so customers are advised to check for updates. The pickup period for products and bonuses is from September 24, 2026, to October 7, 2026. Items not picked up within this period will not be available for handover. SHIBUYA TSUTAYA will not provide individual notifications regarding the pickup period, so it is the customer's responsibility to keep track of these dates. Depending on logistics, items may not be available for pickup on the release date itself.

There is a limit to the number of items that can be pre-ordered, and sales may close once the available quantity is reached. Changes or cancellations after placing an order are not accepted. The store may also limit the number of pre-orders/purchases per person depending on the sales status. V Points are not applicable to these pre-ordered items.
