This special operating event offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the quintessential summer spectacle, the Sumida River Fireworks Festival, from a "premium seat in the sky," a perspective distinct from ground-level viewing.

Exclusive Fireworks Viewing for 634 Guests from Above

During this special event, guests can view the fireworks from the observation decks of Tokyo Skytree, looking down upon the dazzling display. While the Skytree normally offers panoramic views of Tokyo from its height of 634 meters, on this night, it transforms into a special venue for enjoying the fireworks. Visitors can admire fireworks from both the first and second venue areas, scheduled to start at 19:00 and 19:30 respectively, promising a luxurious experience unattainable from the ground. This exclusive experience is limited to just 634 guests.

Special Hours and Changes to Regular Operations

On this day, operating hours will be adjusted to accommodate the fireworks festival. Regular hours are from 9:00 to 17:00 (last admission at 16:00). However, from 17:00 to 18:00, regular operations will be suspended for preparation of the special event. From 18:00 to 20:30, the "Special Hours" will be in effect, accessible only to those with special event tickets. Following the fireworks, regular operations will resume from 20:30 to 22:30 (last admission at 21:30) as "Part 2 Operations." Enjoying the time before and after the fireworks in a comfortable, air-conditioned indoor venue, away from the crowds, is another highlight of this special offering.

Ticket Information and Application

Admission to the special hours requires a separate "Special Event Admission Ticket" in addition to the standard observation deck ticket. The ticket package includes access to the "Tembo Deck (350m) & Tembo Corridor (450m)" and a "SKYTREE SHOP voucher (¥1,000)" for 13,000 yen (tax included) per person. Applications are open via a lottery system from Thursday, June 4, 2026, 12:00 to Thursday, June 25, 23:59, limited to 330 guests. Lottery results will be announced via email around Tuesday, June 30. Children aged 5 and under, or 6 years old and not yet in school, are free for up to two people per group.

A "Plan with Accommodation at Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo" is also available, priced from 73,000 yen per room for two people (including tax and service charges), which includes the special event admission ticket and accommodation with breakfast. This plan is offered on a first-come, first-served basis starting Thursday, June 4, 2026, 12:00, until sold out.
