Summer Con Fes 2026: Environmental Event for Families at Pacifico Yokohama

The venue will feature various hands-on booths related to environmental issues. "Research Notebooks" for summer homework, limited to 6,000 copies, will be distributed to attendees. By noting down insights gained at the booths in these notebooks, half of the summer homework can be completed on-site. The final page includes a family calendar, encouraging continued environmental awareness at home through monthly "Our Family's Eco Goals." Exploring food stalls, kitchen cars, stage performances, and interactive booths together will naturally foster conversation, creating unforgettable summer memories.

Engaging Stage Programs and Ambassador
The stage will host 10 programs throughout the day, designed to keep children entertained. Highlights include dance performances, Ranma-sensei's ECO Science Show, the "Gomizoku" (Trash Tribe) band playing instruments made from marine debris, and popular character stage shows. Comedian Abareru-kun, who holds a social studies teaching license, will serve as the ambassador, accompanying children to booths and teaching them about the environment with humor. Attendees can enter and exit the venue freely, allowing families to enjoy the day at their own pace.

Comfortable Venue with Heat Measures
Pacifico Yokohama will offer ample heat countermeasures, including 300 large rest tents with misting fans and shaded paths created using recycled fishing nets. A corner for children's games is also planned, ensuring a comfortable environment for parents. The entire venue will adopt a "school festival" style, with booths named like "Class 1-A, XX Corporation," and children can collect stamps in their notebooks for each experience, turning it into a stamp rally.
