Details of Workshops and Reservation Method

The highlight of this event is the "Pre-booked Workshops," which operate on a strict reservation system. Each workshop lasts approximately 35 minutes, offering children an opportunity to deepen their learning actively. Participants must choose either the morning or afternoon session and attend their designated time slot. Attendees with morning session tickets can freely participate in the drop-in areas during the morning. However, please note that morning session participants cannot attend in the afternoon, and vice versa.

The "Drop-in Areas" offer shorter sessions, each about 10 minutes long, allowing visitors to casually join between pre-booked workshops or while waiting for their scheduled time. Admission to these areas is available with a "Drop-in Area Limited Ticket."

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets for "Pre-booked Workshops (including Drop-in Area admission)" will be available from Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM, and "Drop-in Area Limited Tickets" from Monday, June 15, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Both registration periods close on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 5:00 PM, but will close earlier if capacity is reached.

Important Notes for Participation

Accompanying guardians are mandatory for all participants. Furthermore, only one pre-booked workshop per person is allowed at the same venue. Please be aware that duplicate applications may be canceled. Required items include a reservation QR code (smartphone or paper), writing utensils, and a bag capable of holding A4-sized documents. Eating and drinking are generally prohibited inside the venue, except for drinks with caps.

Public transportation is recommended for accessing the venue. It is approximately a 5-minute walk from Minatomirai Station on the Minatomirai Line and a 12-minute walk from JR Yokohama Station. If arriving by car, please use the Pacifico Yokohama parking lot.
