Participation and Important Notes

To participate, attendees must pre-order the single "Heartbeat" starting at 19:00 on the event day at the special counter on the 9F of Tower Records Shibuya. Pre-order customers will receive one entry ticket with a random number and one bonus ticket for every 1,000 yen (tax included) spent on pre-orders. Each person is limited to one entry ticket. Multiple pre-orders by the same person will still only grant one entry ticket per transaction.

Both the entry ticket and bonus tickets are valid only on the event day. Quantities are limited, and sales will end once all tickets are distributed. Arriving after the gathering time may result in being placed at the end of the line, so punctuality is advised. Payment methods accepted include cash, credit cards (full payment only), and QR code payments. Coupons, e-money, and point cards are not applicable.

Free Admission

For those who wish to attend only the mini-live without pre-ordering CDs, please arrive at the event space by 19:35. However, please note that free admission is subject to the availability of entry tickets on the day, and may be canceled if tickets run out, in which case live viewing will not be possible.

Various benefits are available depending on the number of bonus tickets held:

Pre-order Process

Pre-orders are accepted only at the venue on the event day. Customers need to scan a QR code provided at the venue with their smartphone/mobile phone (excluding some models) to initiate the pre-order process by sending an empty email. After receiving the "Pre-order Registration Guide" email, follow the URL to access the registration screen. Select your desired product, quantity, bonus, and carefully review the terms and conditions before completing your reservation. Pre-ordered items can be picked up at Tower Records Shibuya or shipped for an additional fee of 900 yen. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive a "[Do Not Discard] Payment Completion/Pickup Method Guide" email, which is essential for pickup or shipping inquiries. Changes, cancellations, or refusals after payment confirmation are not permitted.
